Welp...that ended beatifully. Griner really shined in the 2nd half. The 2nd quarter gave us a little scare but Griner’s big 2nd half coupled with Taurasi’s big 3rd quarter got us to the holy land.

P.S. I have heard some chirping that this over play was all about the Mercury. To be very clear, it was. The Sun at home were always going to show up. The were going to get to 85+ without batting an eye. It was all about the Mercury showing up and keeping pace. As long as the Mercury kept pace, this was going to go over. Let’s keep this train moving folks.
